Cost: First Class 95p* - Recorded Delivery £3.50 - Special Delivery £8.50
* First Class is only available on orders of less than £20
Packaging: For smaller orders we use board backed envelopes. Where your order exceeds the envelope limit your order may arrive in a variety of packaging as we reuse as much packaging, boxes, etc as possible in order to help the environment. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please let us know via email so that we can sort out the problem.
Turnaround: Handmade cards are despatched next working day. Sometimes same day. The current turnaround for a proof to be sent of a personalised item is 24 to 48 hours. Orders are printed and despatched within 2-3 working days of receiving your approval of proof.
