Payment: All payments are due at time of placing order and orders will not be posted until funds have cleared. Upon making a purchase using our SHOP ONLINE system, your payment will be automatically charged through Paypal. If you prefer to pay directly to Fidz Design, we also accept payments by cheque or postal order and orders and payment should be made payable to 'Fidz Design' and sent to 'Fidz Design, 9 Ensign Way, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 9FP. To make a direct payment to the Fidz Design bank account please contact us for details.

Returns: Due to the personalised nature of these cards, returns and refunds are not accepted once you have approved your proof - any errors caused by us after we have received confirmation of your proof will be refunded in full or replaced.
